Autumn, Fall Whatever. It's good weather.

It is now time to start baking again. I am in the mood to make bread....and lots of it. Preferably on a daily basis. Which is good, since we tend to eat a lot of bread.

I know, carbs. And not good for you and all that.

But we like bread.

And I like baking.

And boules are in my VERY near future.
